Watch the three TV seasons in order, then the movie. The movie jumps years ahead to the cast as working adults, so it works best as the last stop after Season 3. Season 4 is due in 2027. The OVAs and the Room Camp shorts are optional extras you can fit in whenever you like.
Start here. Nadeshiko moves to Yamanashi, meets Rin at Lake Motosu, and joins the Outdoor Activities Club with Chiaki and Aoi. The season ends with the group's first camping trip together at Christmas. 12 episodes.

Three short bonus episodes released with the Season 1 Blu-rays in Japan, one per volume.
Nadeshiko, Chiaki and Aoi travel around Yamanashi collecting stamps for a prefecture stamp rally. 12 episodes of three to four minutes each. Best after Season 1.
A roughly 12-minute bonus episode released with the Room Camp Blu-ray. Watch it after Room Camp.
Two bonus episodes, Mystery Camp and Traveling Rin Shima, released with Season 2 Blu-ray volumes 2 and 3.
Three bonus episodes of about seven minutes each from the Season 3 Blu-rays: The Outclub's Room, Rainy Camping, and a spring trip to Lake Inaga.
The core of Laid-Back Camp is three TV seasons and one movie. The seasons follow the girls through their high school years without any gaps, so they go in the obvious order: Season 1, Season 2, Season 3.
The movie is the one entry people get wrong. It came out in 2022, between Season 2 and Season 3, which makes it look like a bridge between them. It is not. The film is set years later, with Rin, Nadeshiko, Chiaki, Aoi and Ena grown up and working, and it tells an original story written for the film rather than adapting the manga. Season 3 continues directly from the end of Season 2, so nothing is lost by holding the movie until after Season 3. Watching it last also keeps the time skip where it naturally belongs: at the end of everything the TV series has shown so far.
The extras are all short and none of them move the main story forward. The OVAs were released with the Japanese Blu-rays of each season. Room Camp is a spin-off of 12 episodes running three to four minutes each, following Nadeshiko, Chiaki and Aoi on a stamp rally around Yamanashi, plus one longer bonus episode. Room Camp works best once you have met the cast in Season 1.
Season 4 has been announced for 2027 with no month given yet.
Laid-Back Camp (Yuru Camp) has 3 seasons and 1 film in the main run — 37 episodes altogether.

Where each part of the anime lines up with the source, so you know where to pick up reading.
Afro's manga is still ongoing, with 18 volumes out in Japan as of March 2026, and Yen Press publishes it in English. The movie is an original story written for the film and does not adapt any part of the manga. Room Camp adapts chapters from Afro's separate Room Camp spin-off manga.
Start with Season 1 (2018). It introduces Rin and Nadeshiko and sets up the Outdoor Activities Club. Every other entry assumes you have seen it.
Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, then Laid-Back Camp The Movie. The OVAs and the Room Camp spin-off are optional and can be watched any time after Season 1. Season 4 is due in 2027.
At the very end. Although it came out in 2022, between Season 2 and Season 3, the movie is set years later, when Rin, Nadeshiko, Chiaki, Aoi and Ena are working adults who reunite to build a campsite. Season 3 continues directly from Season 2, so watch the movie after Season 3.

No. The OVAs are short bonus episodes that came with the Japanese Blu-ray releases: three for Season 1, two for Season 2 and three for Season 3. They are fun extras but skipping them leaves no gap in the story.
Yes, for all three TV seasons. Crunchyroll added an English dub of Season 1 in August 2022 and of Season 2 in January 2024, and Season 3 was dubbed as it aired in 2024. In the first two seasons Celeste Perez voices Rin and Morgan Lauré voices Nadeshiko, with Katelyn Barr as Chiaki, Hannah Alyea as Aoi and Molly Zhang as Ena.
The main anime-original entry is the movie, which tells a new story set years after the TV series. The OVAs are short Blu-ray bonus episodes rather than part of the main run, so you can skip them without missing anything.
Crunchyroll streams all three TV seasons and the movie in most regions. Availability can differ by country, so check the service in your region.
The three TV seasons total 37 episodes of just under 24 minutes each, and the movie runs about two hours, so the core watch order takes about 17 hours. The OVAs and Room Camp add more than an hour on top of that.
