Tower of God
Start here. Thirteen episodes in which Bam enters the Tower and takes its first round of tests alongside Khun and Rak.
Bam has spent his whole life alone in the dark beneath a vast tower, with one friend, Rachel. When she leaves to climb it, he follows her inside, where every floor is a test and reaching the top is said to grant any wish. The anime adapts SIU's Korean webtoon across two seasons and 39 episodes.

There are two entries and they are watched in order: Season 1, then Season 2. The only thing to know is that Season 2 is a single 26-episode run made of two named halves, Return of the Prince and Workshop Battle.
Start here. Thirteen episodes in which Bam enters the Tower and takes its first round of tests alongside Khun and Rak.
Twenty-six episodes in two back-to-back halves: Return of the Prince (episodes 1-13) and Workshop Battle (episodes 14-26).
⚠ Some databases list the two halves as separate seasons. They aired as one run from July 7 to December 29, 2024.
Tower of God has no films, OVAs or recap specials, so the order is short. Season 1 is 13 episodes and adapts the first part of the webtoon. Season 2 aired without a break from July 7 to December 29, 2024, as two 13-episode halves, Return of the Prince followed by Workshop Battle. Some databases file those halves as separate seasons, which is where the question of a third season already existing comes from. This page counts them as one season, because they aired back to back under the Season 2 name.
Tower of God has 2 seasons in the main run — 39 episodes altogether.

Only spin-offs that tie into the main story are listed here — anthologies, fan books and the like are left out.
Episode numbers follow WEBTOON's own numbering, which restarts with each of the webtoon's three seasons. The anime's seasons do not line up with them: anime Season 2 stops partway through webtoon Season 2, at the start of the Hell Train arc. The webtoon has been on hiatus since its Season 3 finale in February 2025.
Start with Season 1, the 13-episode series from spring 2020. Nothing comes before it.
Season 1, then Season 2. Inside Season 2, Return of the Prince (episodes 1-13) comes before Workshop Battle (episodes 14-26).
One. Season 2 ran for 26 episodes from July 7 to December 29, 2024, as two halves with their own subtitles: Return of the Prince and Workshop Battle. MyAnimeList lists the halves as two entries, while AniList and JustWatch list a single 26-episode season.
Not yet. No third season has been announced as of October 2026. Workshop Battle is the second half of Season 2, not Season 3.
No. The anime stops partway through the webtoon's second part. The webtoon itself is unfinished and has been on hiatus since its Season 3 finale, published in English on February 23, 2025; WEBTOON says it will return but has given no date.
Start at Season 2, Ep. 111 on WEBTOON, the beginning of the Hell Train arc. Season 1 of the anime covers webtoon Season 1 (Ep. 1-78), and Season 2 covers webtoon Season 2 up to Ep. 110. The webtoon is free to read on WEBTOON.
Yes. WEBTOON Unscrolled publishes it in English. Five volumes are out, the fifth covering webtoon episodes 40-50, and volume 6 is scheduled for October 27, 2026. The books are still far behind where the anime ends.
No. The anime is the two TV seasons only, with no film, OVA or recap special. A spin-off webtoon, Tower of God: Urek Mazino, has run in English on WEBTOON since July 28, 2025, and has not been animated.
Yes, from Crunchyroll, for both seasons. The Season 1 dub premiered on May 13, 2020, and the Season 2 dub began on July 21, 2024. Johnny Yong Bosch voices Bam in both; the Season 1 cast also has Chris Hackney as Khun, Matthew David Rudd as Rak and Valerie Rose Lohman as Rachel.
Both seasons follow the webtoon's story in order, so there is no filler arc to skip. The usual complaint runs the other way: Anime News Network's reviews describe Season 2 as a drastic abridgment of the webtoon, with some fights happening off-screen.
In the US, Crunchyroll has both seasons, and Hulu has Season 1 only (checked October 2026). Availability differs by country.
The 39 episodes take about 16 hours: 13 in Season 1 and 26 in Season 2.
