Watch Season 1, Season 2, then the four-episode High School Days, which follows Season 2. The two single-episode extras, SNS and Uniform, are side stories set between the seasons; they sit below the line because nothing later depends on them.

12 episodes. Continues directly from Season 1 and adapts the manga through Chapter 107.
4 episodes. Set after Season 2: Nasa is asked by his old teacher to hold a class at an all-girls high school, which makes Tsukasa nervous. It adapts manga chapters that come after Season 2.

One 23-minute episode set after Season 1. Tsukasa gets a smartphone and spends her first night alone while Nasa works overnight. A new story, not a recap.
⚠ Released on Blu-ray in Japan on August 18, 2021 and streamed on Crunchyroll the same day. It was not part of the TV broadcast.
One 22-minute episode set between Season 1 and Season 2. Aya arranges for Tsukasa to wear a school uniform for a date with Nasa. A new story, not a recap.
⚠ First shown at Crunchyroll Expo on August 6, 2022, then streamed from November 22, 2022. It was not part of the TV broadcast.
TONIKAWA has one main line: Season 1 covers Nasa and Tsukasa's wedding night and their first months together, Season 2 carries on from there, and High School Days is a short follow-up set after Season 2 in which Nasa is asked to teach a class at an all-girls high school. That last one is often mistaken for a prequel about Tsukasa, or for Season 3. It is neither. The two extras are single episodes of everyday married life released between the TV seasons: SNS, an OVA from 2021 in which Tsukasa gets her first smartphone, and Uniform, a 2022 special built around a school-uniform date. Both are new stories, not recaps, and both are set between Season 1 and Season 2. Season 2 does not refer back to them, so they are listed as optional here. If you would rather see everything in story order, the Chronological tab places them between the seasons.
TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You has 2 seasons and 1 other entry in the main run — 28 episodes altogether.

Where each part of the anime lines up with the source, so you know where to pick up reading.
Season 2 ends at Chapter 107 in Volume 11; Chapter 106 is not adapted. High School Days adapts selected chapters from Volume 12 onward, and sources differ on where it stops (Chapter 121 or Chapter 137), so continuing from Chapter 108 is the way to miss nothing. There are no anime-original episodes, but the anime skips and reorders some chapters. The English edition is published by Viz Media as Fly Me to the Moon.
Start with Season 1, episode 1. There is no prequel, and every other entry assumes you have seen the wedding in the first episode.
Season 1, Season 2, then High School Days. The two one-episode extras, SNS and Uniform, are set between the seasons and can be watched after Season 1 or left for the end. In strict story order it is Season 1, SNS, Uniform, Season 2, High School Days.
No. Each is a single stand-alone episode of everyday married life, and Season 2 does not refer back to either. They are new stories rather than recaps, so they are worth the 45 minutes if you like the series, but skipping them leaves no gap.
